The company has extensive experience in executing any type of demanding geodetic application.
With expertise in the fields of geodesy and even more specifically in satellite geodesy, coordinate reference systems, geodetic transformations between different coordinate reference systems and projections, and the creation of geoid models, the Company has conducted several studies with specific requirements.
As a consequence of the above the company has been assigned:
• The establishment of local coordinate reference systems for specific requirements of projects such as the Metro of Athens where the OMA coordinate reference system was established, to be used as a reference system ensuring minimum distortion in the projection to fulfill the manufacturing needs of the Athens Metro.
• The study for the calculation transformation parameters between the geodetic reference systems in ETRF2005 to EGSA'87 throughout Greece. In the course of this study were measured approximately 2500 existing trigonometric points across the country with GNSS methods.
• The calculation of geoid model initially for a large part of central and northern Greece and then for the whole country.

The knowledge gained from this type of application allows the Company to deal with specific demanding projects that require the relevant know how.
